Proceedings of the First Implementation and Replication Studies in Mathematics Education Conference: IRMEC 2025 brings together contributions presented and discussed at the first IRMEC, held in Mexico City in November 2025. The proceedings reflect an emerging international research community interested in how research findings, educational innovations, theoretical ideas, and methodological approaches are implemented, adapted, tested, and replicated across different educational contexts.

The contributions collected here illustrate the diversity of perspectives, methods, and contexts that shape implementation and replication research in mathematics education, while opening new possibilities for research, collaboration, and dialogue across communities.
